Appointments

Appointment System

Please ring at 8:00am for appointments. The receptionist, who is bound by the same rules of confidentiality as the clinical staff, will take a brief description of the problem. This will allow us to book you with the most appropriate doctor or nurse for your appointment.

If you would prefer not to disclose this information please say so. They will advise you on the best person who can help you.

Medically urgent cases will always be seen if you cannot keep your appointment please let us know as soon as possible.

We do offer pre-booked appointments up to 2 weeks in advance.

You can also book an appointment online by using our online system via the link at the top of this page.

Surgeries operate throughout the day.

MISSED APPOINTMENTS

Please note we have a high level of missed appointments - please note that you must ensure the appointment you make is one you can attend. We do monitor missed appointments and take appropriate action on those who continue to miss appointments. Please always contact us so we can rearrange - Remember dont DNA it - Call and change it.

Your Appointment

However you choose to contact us we may offer you a consultation:

  • By phone
  • Face to face at the surgery
  • On a video call ( coming soon)
  • By text or email

Appointments by phone, video call or by text or email can be more flexible and often means the doctor or nurse can help you sooner.

When you get in touch, we’ll ask what you need help with.

We will use the information you give us to choose the most suitable doctor, nurse or health professional to help you.
